Introduction to the SYNERGOETHICS Method: Webinar with Lidia Sharton

(transcript edited to remove technical speech recognition errors; the author’s speech, vocabulary, and style of presentation have been preserved)

Today’s webinar is dedicated to introducing “Synergoethics,” a method for working with energies of personal growth and self-improvement. It’s worth noting that this method didn’t come about easily, but that’s a digression.

My colleagues and the master’s students are here with us for today’s webinar. In general, I’d like to suggest that we conduct this webinar not simply as a lecture or, let’s say, a presentation of information. Instead, I propose we approach it more as a dialogue. If anyone has questions—please ask them. We can answer them as we go along.

First, let’s get acquainted with the method; perhaps my colleagues, students, and the master will add to this. Everyone will share their perspective, so to speak, their feelings, or perhaps share some of their own results. And at the end of the webinar, I suggest we hold—or rather, to put it more accurately, we will hold—a session for the participants so that everyone can feel and experience these energies for themselves, in real time, so to speak. And then we can set aside another fifteen minutes for questions and addressing them. That is, questions may come up for some people as we go along—so I suggest typing them into the chat right away, rather than keeping them to yourselves.

Maybe someone will want to share something after the session. Well, you might realize that it’s important to voice some of your personal thoughts. Of course, we can’t see each other’s faces here, so you can probably speak up if you’re not afraid. And if something more personal comes up, of course, I’ll try to convey it very sensitively and with great care. This applies specifically to working with energy streams—the stream of criticism, when information is directed at a specific person. So don’t be afraid to ask about certain situations—that way, we can discuss this particular scenario.

Well, that’s probably the kind of introduction I wanted to give. I suggest we move on to our main topic—an introduction to energy work.

How It All Began

Generally speaking, I want to say that I didn’t start out very strongly—I began by working, so to speak, with cyclical energies, in energy work, reaching the third level of the Master of Progress degree, and at some point I realized that this didn’t satisfy my needs in terms of working with people. That is, more and more new aspects kept arising that I wanted to address—in cosmoenergy, this had to be done, let’s say, at a considerable cost, specifically in terms of personal energy.

Later, of course, I came to understand why this was happening. But that came with time—it wasn’t entirely clear back then. And that, so to speak, allowed me to ask myself certain questions during the course of my practice. When I came to understand that I wanted to combine the two—after undergoing the initiation—and began working with people precisely at the intersection of these two practices, something else opened up.

Perhaps, it wasn’t so much the practice itself, so to speak, as my sincere intention to help patients that led to these energy streams offering the opportunity to feel something deeper than the streams themselves—something else. Something, perhaps, more alive, more effective, and faster. At first, it wasn’t even clear how to approach this or what to do with it at all.

The first “Energy” stream begins with the Creator. And at the moment, there are four blocks of participation that are quite extensive in terms of functionality. But this division into parts is, of course, arbitrary. And each part contains anywhere from several dozen to several energies, which are roughly assigned to one part or another based on their function, purpose, and—let’s say—the degree to which they work with certain aspects of a person’s plans, their life space, their destiny, and their correction.

Healer — and what I’m getting at is that an introduction to energy work always begins with the Creator: mastering the Creator is the foundational block. The first energy within it is the awakening of the divine within a person (there is something divine in every person, but unfortunately, we don’t always hear it, or, let’s put it this way, we aren’t always able to hear it).

So that’s the first energy. All energies follow precisely the order in which they appeared. It was there—and for half a year I didn’t know what to do with it. But now—there’s work to be done with it in sessions with people. And, strictly speaking, let’s put it this way: the understanding of what this energy means came later, when an urgent need had already arisen, when the next energies began to flow—that’s when the understanding probably came.

How the Method Took Shape

And of course, it’s worth noting that the energy method didn’t take shape right away. At first, it wasn’t clear what it was or what it was for, but I simply worked with people—and I enjoyed it. The results were incomparable even to the flows with work in the energy streams of Cosmoenergy or Reiki. In other words, for me, Cosmoenergy and Reiki had already ceased to exist at that point—essentially because new, effective, efficient, and sufficiently profound energies had arrived. And I was already working exclusively with them.

It must be said that, probably, nothing happens just like that.

The transition to this new energy, to this new level, was quite painful—in terms of transformation, in terms of self-acceptance, and in terms of trusting the higher powers. Because energy healing methods don’t just materialize from what’s written down—it always looks good on paper. In reality, behind every energy there are real people with real needs. Perhaps the patients who left did so because all these energies were created precisely to help people. And the process of transformation, the process of awareness that has been taking place all these years with energy work—almost five years—has been quite painful all this time.

Thankfully, the energies are now sufficiently adapted for people, for followers, for students—people can now experience these transformations in a gentler way than I did, so to speak. And that’s great, actually, because not everyone is ready to go through this, to endure it. We often say we want change, but we’re not always truly ready for it deep down. And what I was getting at is this: the energy method is like the steps beneath a walker’s feet— they weren’t there from the start, and the higher powers’ plan wasn’t clear—why this was happening, what they were trying to convey.

When the first part of “Synergoethics” came out, I thought that was it—but it turned out there was more to come: a second, a fifth, and even a tenth part. And the method itself only took shape later on. That is, it became clear that this is now a complete structure, a complete tool that is self-contained, individual, and unique—and unlike anything else.

If anyone has any questions—feel free to ask. Maybe some of you aren’t so interested in theory, while others are more interested in practice, so I’ll occasionally digress here—so don’t hesitate to ask questions. I also wanted to check: can everyone hear me clearly? Or can’t you hear me at all?

Okay, great—everyone can hear me clearly—which is something else I’d like to point out.

The Method and What It Offers

Since we’re already talking about practice, we can identify some key points regarding the tools of energy work. Well, as I’ve already mentioned, this is a method of working with energies—a tool that helps us not only to become more aware, to take responsibility for ourselves and our lives, — let’s put it this way—it brings us back to the understanding that we are the creators of our own lives. And these aren’t just words; in fact, this applies to literally everything. Everything that’s written, all the energies described—it all makes sense, and it’s all verified through personal experience. This understanding comes gradually—and once it hits you, it, let’s say, never leaves you. And day after day, life offers these lessons of understanding, when you feel and realize: yes,

indeed, I am the creator of my own life—wherever I turned, that’s where I ended up.

In fact, every word, every action, every thought begins to carry its own reality, its own understanding, and its own results. Everything, as they say, comes from personal experience. And this is very important, because not all tools, unfortunately, give us that opportunity. Most often, energy tools allow us to tap into a certain potential, which is usually limited—either by the egregore providing these energies, or, let’s say, by the limitations of the givers themselves, that is, the masters, and so on.

I’m not trying to say that everything is bad. No, in fact, every tool is good in its own way, and it’s good for every stage of life; everything serves a purpose—it doesn’t exist for no reason. My point is that energy work opens up other possibilities and grants freedom not just in name—it lets you actually feel that freedom. It’s a flight; it’s always a dialogue; it’s always a conversation with the higher realms. And the more we’re able to trust, the more our lives change. If we’re ready to trust the higher powers completely—even if, let’s say, it doesn’t always seem reasonable to us, and our mind suggests other solutions while our heart says the opposite—then, by trusting, we get the best result. This has been proven time and again in life.

It should be noted that energy work, so to speak, does not operate on the level of attachments. It’s not that it doesn’t work—rather, when working with it, no attachments to the master remain. In other words, it does not allow, for example, a master to financially hold a student back. It grants freedom to both the master and the student—and, accordingly, to the patient and the healer. That is, everyone in this method is free and at liberty, within the framework of their own spiritual growth, to do whatever they wish, to freely express their choice, and to carry it out.

Energy, so to speak, shapes its own reality—not only in the sense of the reality of energy itself, but also in the sense that this reality is shaped based on our intention, based on what is important to us as people and as souls. In other words, we do not forget that we are not merely people—we are, first and foremost, souls who have come here to fully enjoy the human experience every single day. Because a certain level of consciousness, a certain fulfillment of our energetic potential, can only be attained here, through the human experience itself. It’s no wonder our world is called a wondrous place, and it’s no wonder souls strive to incarnate here.

So, I want to emphasize once again: energy shapes the reality we intend to create. This doesn’t mean that it allows us to manipulate people—no, not in that sense, but in a completely straightforward sense. If a person desires happiness, they will have that happiness; it will come to them. But perhaps not in the form they expect, because we are most often limited precisely by our conception of happiness—the way it’s portrayed to us, so to speak, on television, in articles, or in essays—and rarely does anyone even mention that a person’s personal happiness doesn’t necessarily have to conform to some generally accepted standard.

Sometimes happiness is simply being—being present in every moment of our day, in every manifestation of this life, feeling both joy and pain—because both are beautiful, and both are love, just different manifestations of it.

And that is why energy allows us to fulfill our desires precisely from the perspective of the best path for our development. Now I’ll try to explain what this means in everyday terms. Well, for example, let’s take an everyday situation: a man and a woman in a relationship—perhaps a married couple. Let’s consider a hypothetical, exaggerated scenario. For the woman, happiness means that he understands her, listens to her—let’s put it that way—and treats her like a queen. For the man, happiness is being free. And each of them finds their own—their Higher Self, so to speak, believes that in this relationship, in which they both torment and love each other, lies their greatest happiness, even though each imagines it differently. But if we set aside all the little things, so to speak, and our everyday perceptions, then in some larger picture of life we will always see God’s providence—an understanding of why we are with someone, for what kind of understanding, and what, in principle, the people around us or situations in life are trying to convey to us—what moment of awareness they are trying to awaken within us. Because nothing happens just like that—they understand all of this; nothing is accidental.

Features of the Method

I’d like to note that the Energy Method doesn’t require any preliminary work. In other words, it works immediately after initiation, after the flow is opened—it works right away and, let’s say, has no point of no return. So if you’ve perhaps tried other energy practices before, you know that they often scare people by saying: if you don’t use the flows, let’s say, they’ll come back or stop working for you—that can happen. In “Energy Work,” that doesn’t happen.

Energy streams operate on many levels. They affect—there is no aspect of life that they do not affect at all. Each of them, starting with the very first ones, works on multiple levels, works effectively and quickly precisely because they are not limited—precisely because they are free. In other words, all streams are derived from the Creator’s energy, and that is precisely why this aspect offers the greatest opportunity to achieve certain results.

But, to reiterate, these results are not in the spirit of “I want someone to love me—and they will.” No—what’s at play here is an understanding of what will be best, so to speak, specifically for the development of your soul. Of course, a person’s intention is taken into account when working within these streams. I’m not referring to the person working within the energy streams, but to the streams themselves—because energies are, in essence, like living—so to speak—entities of a higher plane, spirits, if you will, who are so wise that they don’t need human guidance. They inherently operate in a way that’s optimal for a person.

And this is what I mean when I say that working with energies leads to one result or another—that is, I mean that the energy streams operate based on these ultimate goals: what is best for you at this stage of life or for your future. It is rare for a person’s life to be predetermined—as a rule, we shape our future and our lives every day, with every thought, in every situation, and with every decision we make. In essence, our life consists of decisions made every second. Everything can be boiled down to this.

Well, as I’ve already said, energy flows heal, purify your energy, provide protection, and cleanse your body and your living space. It goes without saying that these flows work not only with you as an individual—through the changes within you, your living space also changes: all your loved ones, all aspects of your life—love, relationships, well-being, social fulfillment, and so on—the development of your potential, your self-improvement, personal growth, and the realization of your potential. In other words, absolutely everything that is extremely important and meaningful to a person—the energy flows always work toward creation, transforming these aspects. Negative or destructive self-sabotage programs within a person are transformed into a program of creation, into a program of affirming life.

They work with even the most severe illnesses—there is no illness that the energy flows cannot address. In other words, energy has no limitations in principle; it can be combined with any method—provided the patient wishes it, of course—including both medical treatment and various spiritual practices. A world without boundaries is precisely what energy is about, and flight is also about it.

As I’ve already mentioned, these energies operate on absolutely all planes of existence—including the physical one. In other words, energy cleansing usually leads quite quickly to changes on the physical level—that is, to the healing of an illness, provided the patient is conscious of the process. The root cause is addressed at the DNA level, on the mental, energetic, and spiritual planes, and at the level of consciousness—affecting the development of intelligence, the subconscious, the development of abilities, the development of vision, and so on.

In other words, as I’ve already said, energy creates a new reality. A person is “rewritten”—their color (energetic) body is rewritten in terms of changing and directing it toward a creative path, a path of development, a path of perfection, and a path of growth.

If, however, a person, so to speak, initially chooses the path of negative development—we understand, of course, that some follow the path of light. If we were to conditionally divide everything around us into good and evil (I repeat, conditionally, because, in principle, there is no such division—there is a certain middle ground), then some walk the path of light, others the path of darkness—energy helps in both cases if a person has made up their mind, and helps, so to speak, in making that choice. But those who walk the path of darkness, as a rule, subsequently resort to other methods that involve violence against another person’s personal space. That’s a separate discussion—in “Synergoethics,” violence is, strictly speaking, not only frowned upon but, let’s put it this way, also punishable. In other words, there are no such processes here. All energy flows always and exclusively work for the greater good. They can only be used for the greater good. In other words, a person who comes with selfish motives simply won’t be able to use them. That’s the first point. The second point is that these energies can turn against the person themselves: their specific self-serving intent will backfire on them. Not because I, the founder of the method, want it to—no, it’s simply that these energies are not geared toward destruction; they originally came precisely as creators, not as destroyers.

I think I’ve covered all the main points. It’s worth mentioning that within the framework of this energy method, you can find energies from other traditions as well—for example, the block of fiery energies, the etheric block, Scandinavian energies, Indian energies, and Egyptian energies. In short, I’ll repeat myself: this classification is quite arbitrary, but nevertheless, there are quite diverse energy streams and energies present.

Well, anyway—it’s interesting. Feel free to ask questions if anything is unclear. Perhaps some colleagues would like to add something, or maybe someone wants to share their thoughts.

Questions and Answers

Can anyone master this method, or are certain abilities required?

Absolutely anyone can master this method. These abilities lie dormant within each of us—each of us has our own potential; for some, it’s of a different spectrum, but it’s there nonetheless, and this energy allows us to awaken and realize it. Therefore, there are no restrictions on learning the method.

How is it different from esotericism? Just by name?

Look, what meaning do you attach to the concept of “esotericism”? As far as I understand it, it’s a worldview—a world, so to speak, that isn’t always tangible or perceptible. When we talk about this world, it likely has its own aspects of understanding and interpreting certain events directed toward us. And the name has nothing to do with it. Energy work is a practical tool that allows us, on the energetic level and on the level of the contract,

at the level of the soul, and at the level of the physical planes—to work on ourselves, on our personal growth, to work toward healing ourselves and others, and to work toward purification. In other words, esotericism is, most likely, not even a science, but, let’s say, a pseudoscientific field that involves contact with the otherworld—a world that is not manifest to us. And energy work is a practical tool within esotericism. It won’t always provide answers to certain questions, nor can it always offer a solution for working through specific situations. To reiterate: it is a practical tool—powerful, effective, and fast.

Is it possible to invite energies from different systems during a session?

Absolutely. In general, there is no energy that doesn’t work with others—for example, in energy work, it’s not recommended to combine magical and Buddhist systems, although in practice they are sometimes combined. With “Energy,” there is no such restriction—the energies are compatible. Let’s say I always give my students this task: first, we learn to select energies based on the situation and the request. But this is only to help us better navigate this field—these layers of energy, so to speak. The ultimate goal, however, is trust. I always say: call upon all energies—you can simply trust that the ones that are necessary to work through the patient’s specific situation will come. In other words, it’s based on trust. And if you conduct a session with precisely this intention—that what is needed will come— — you’ll feel the difference. A session conducted with such total trust in the higher powers will be radically different from one that we limit with our own intentions.

Does energy work with the chakras and the human structure as a whole?

It works simultaneously and in parallel with everything at once—with both physical aspects and internal organs; it works through the energy system and the chakras, activates them, structures them, harmonizes the life space, the psychological state, harmonizes and heals, cleanses energy and karmic fields, works very effectively on mental fields, and opens the heart. It teaches us to live from the heart and to trust. In other words, it works on absolutely everything—there is no area with which it does not work or cannot cope.

Personal Experience (from one of the participants)

Good evening, everyone. I’d like to share my story of how I came to these energies. For quite some time, I had been practicing various energy techniques but wasn’t getting the results I wanted—there were still some shortcomings. And apparently, higher powers somehow guided me to Lydia: in just over a year of working with these energies, a great many changes have taken place in my life, in my family’s life, and in the lives of the people with whom I’ve been doing these long-term practices and sessions.

There have been so many positive results on various levels—both on the physical plane and on the energetic plane, where there’s been very effective work on cosmic and ancestral issues—it’s amazing.

What I liked most, I suppose, what initially drew me here: there is no egregore in these energies—I’ve always strived to find that aspect that, on the contrary, is oriented closer to the Creator, so that there are no forced attachments. And I’ve found it, and I recommend it to many. The only thing is—perhaps not everyone is capable of this; not everyone is ready for it. But I think the people who are here now and will continue to participate in our webinars will understand how these energies work and grasp what makes them unique, because there’s nothing to compare them to—it’s a completely different, distinct level. Everything here was explained, as they say, in a snap—and just like that, it all happened.

Of course, there are aspects that need to be worked through; you need to spend some time on them. But by and large, if the situation isn’t too advanced, the energy works literally “in a flash”—it’s amazing. I’m just so incredibly grateful to Lydia for bringing this energy into our lives, and I’m so grateful to the higher powers for sending her these energies and for making her a channel. And I hope we’ll go further and continue to expand our consciousness. Basically, this is probably exactly the mission that now lies before all of humanity.

About the Names of Energies and the Practical Session

We probably don’t have much time left for the practice—we need to get started. Friends, a question has been raised here: should you specify the name of the energy in your intention or not? For example, many of my colleagues don’t specify the name. Understand this: the name is like a door to a house. There can be many doors in this house. It’s important that, when working with a patient or with yourself, you clearly understand that you’re working from a pure heart, that you want to help this person. And it’s important to understand why you’re working with this person, what their problems are, and what needs to be addressed by thoroughly working through all the possible situations that are relevant to them.

And, basically, that’s how it is—for yourself, you don’t need to name the energies; the ones that are necessary will reveal themselves. Did I explain that clearly, or did something slip my mind?

Well, if everything is clear in principle, I suggest we hold a short introductory session with the “Synergoethics” energies. What do we need for that? It’s important—as I understand it—that everyone sit at their computer so that, for at least five minutes, let’s say, you can relax, close your eyes, and simply receive a harmonization session from me and my colleagues.

Perhaps during this brief one-minute introduction, some of you will see fleeting images or have thoughts,

— just don’t dwell on them; let them go, try to relax as much as possible, and feel the experience as deeply as you can. You may have various sensations—physical or energetic—but don’t be afraid of them. If anyone wants to share their experience or ask questions, please feel free to do so.

You can assume absolutely any posture, as long as you’re comfortable; you can turn on music if that makes you feel more at ease, as long as it doesn’t interfere with the exercise. We’ll get to know each other briefly, since time is running short—I got carried away with my explanation; I should have moved on to the practice. So do whatever feels comfortable for you—there are no restrictions; you don’t have to stand. Just receive it however you feel comfortable.

Well, then, get ready—one, two, three. Yes, that’s exactly right—listen to yourself. In five minutes… I suggest we proceed without any audio accompaniment—I won’t be providing any sound or narration for this session. We’ll simply immerse ourselves in an energetic state—and that’s it. This is so as not to distract you from anything, throw you off, or redirect you elsewhere.

All right, let’s get to work. Receive.

Friends, I think it’s time to gently come out of the session; you can open your eyes. Thank you for your co-creation—I felt such warm reciprocity from each of you. Many of you have accumulated so much pain, so many grievances, so many fears, so many doubts—as much as was possible within the framework of our session today, let’s say, practical experience—my colleagues and I did our best to make the most of it and give it some kind of energetic boost.

I just want to give each of you a hug, wish you all the best, and hope that everyone’s wishes come true, that all your plans are realized, and that every endeavor turns out for the best. And if anyone has questions—please ask; don’t be afraid.

Feedback to Participants After the Session

(Below are brief individual comments from the facilitator regarding her impressions of the energy of each person present in the chat; preserved in their original form, with minimal punctuation corrections and no changes to the content)

Irina Tarasyuk question: I get a very warm feeling from you—based on what you’re writing in the chat, I can see: a very warm feeling; basically, you accomplish a lot in life—what you set out to do—and things are going well, not bad at all. There are some ups and downs, but overall, you’re navigating life with a fairly optimistic outlook. The only thing that might be holding you back is doubt: you sometimes lose faith in yourself. Have more faith in yourself—you have great potential; you’re lighthearted and inspired.

Maria question: Pulsations in the chakras—yes, they’re there. But I should mention that there are elements in your energy field—let’s put it this way—that aren’t specifically yours, but rather negativity that’s been transferred into your energy field. I’m not talking about any kind of magical programs—I’m saying that in the process of interacting with people, we inevitably pick up something from someone; someone else’s negativity or certain destructive elements resonate within us. You have these in your energy field, and that’s not a bad thing—it’s actually just a springboard for effective work.

The slight pulsation in your chakra has been requiring more work right now, because you don’t always, let’s say, trust—it’s hard for you to trust. Your potential is very good, your energy is solid and quite strong, but you don’t always have faith in some higher guidance. Most often, you prefer to do everything yourself, to move forward in this way. And that’s why the higher powers probably repeatedly create situations for you where your trust is simply necessary. But for you, this means even more opportunities and doors opening. And overall, the energy is very good.

Svetlana question: I wanted to breathe deeply—that’s exactly right; the work was moving precisely in that direction. During the session, the work focused largely on various programs, with more attention given to the physical level, since there are both tensions and blockages present. But, again, this isn’t a bad thing—each of us has this to some extent; it’s simply additional motivation to work on ourselves. Your energy is quite good—warm and feminine. I’d like to encourage you to believe in yourself more and let go of your doubts.

Anar question: Your energy feels very interesting—it’s as if you’re engaged in something else, not just searching for yourself in this life: some positive developments, perhaps spiritual practices, some paths to self-improvement, or maybe some physical methods. Overall, you’ve worked on this quite well. What’s missing—again—is trust in a higher power. More often than not, you try to be guided by reason alone: everything is logical, everything must be in its proper place. That’s not always how things work out in life, and life is showing you that. But overall, your energy is wonderful.

To Irina question: Your energy isn’t bad, but I’d say there’s a lot of pent-up stuff—perhaps some painful moments, childhood traumas that aren’t always remembered, or some doubts. Overall, things will turn out fine, but there’s a need to do some work. The potential of your energy is so strong internally that if you work on yourself, a completely different life could lie ahead. I’d like to wish you inspiration—to let this joy of life in, so that life brings you more joy.

(In response to a question about grounding energy): Grounding isn’t required here at all, let’s put it that way. Aside from the fact that it—especially in Reiki—is often presented as a panacea for all ills, grounding actually has a fairly narrow function, and “Energy work” certainly doesn’t require it.

Vera Kolesnik question: Energy work is so interesting—it’s as if you’re at the beginning of some kind of journey—through life and in working with you, you know, in a certain sense: most likely, expanding your life’s horizons in specific directions. That is, you have to work through a lot of life situations. If life, let’s say, favors and loves some people, that doesn’t always work that way for you—you often have to carry things on your own shoulders, so to speak; I’m exaggerating a bit. In other words, you usually have to navigate certain situations on your own. But you’re smart; you always look ahead with optimism—a wonderful quality that will never let you down. All the best.

To Oksana Kozhemyakina question: You have good energy, too, quite joyful and bright, and things are generally going well in your life. Although there’s a journey of self-discovery—it’s as if you haven’t quite figured things out yet, haven’t found yourself. But in reality, your potential and the path you’re meant to follow are, in principle, very close at hand. And your wings, in fact, are your inner vision. You can feel the energy, right?

Irina (question): For the most part, you know, you work with people; you have quite strong personal potential, and life, naturally, repeatedly shows you this through various challenges. The more we’re given, the more responsibility we bear, and, accordingly, the situations we’re faced with aren’t exactly the easiest either. Your energy works in such a way that, when interacting with people, you most often take on some of their energy yourself. Perhaps you’ll recognize this in yourself: for example, a neighbor comes over—to complain or to share some good news; she rarely comes just to share good news, but more often to complain about her life—and then she leaves, and afterward you feel unsettled; you take on a great deal from others. This is a manifestation of your energy, of your potential, accumulated over past lives. That’s why you need to develop it—each of you here is potentially gifted, and everyone needs to realize their potential. This is already starting to throw off your energy balance, and the work on the mental plane has been quite intense—and it immediately manifested on the physical level because it’s necessary to work through these blocks and restrictions to free up as much energetic space as possible so you can begin moving forward and realizing your potential.

Natalia Palamarchuk question: That’s exactly right—I felt a wave of heat run straight through my hands, and my heart is pounding. Your energy is quite purified and has been worked on quite well, which is why the work on your heart chakra—guidance from the heart—has opened up for you to a greater extent. You don’t always trust yourself, even though, in principle, you do live by this principle—trust in yourself—but it doesn’t always happen: sometimes, from time to time, you still want to listen to some rational guidance, and that doesn’t always work out. That’s why this particular aspect was being worked on with you. Strictly speaking, the work was focused on harmonization, on getting things moving, on energizing your energy—to give you more momentum.

Natalia Kondratyeva: Yes, that’s correct—just as in the previous case, you take something onto yourself in the process of working with people.

Tatyana Ivanova question: You’re undergoing an active process of transformation, an active process of working through things, and I’m confirming this once again. That starting point—that state where you need to work through things and move forward—is right here and now. And it has caught up with you, as I’ve already said—this gives you the opportunity to accelerate your development many times over, by tens or even hundreds of times—so that you can work through everything as thoroughly as possible right now and move forward. Ahead of you, in principle, lie very promising prospects and very favorable scenarios.

Elsa question: Just as with Natalia Kondratyeva, taking on some of the burden yourself was relevant for you at this moment. There was an understanding that the energy was specifically working to open your heart. You often prefer to listen to your mind—but we all, in fact, tend to listen more to reason and don’t always trust the feelings that come from within. But specifically for you, this is the most important moment right now—because the choice of your path depends on it. It seems like everything in your life is going pretty well, unlike for many others, but nevertheless, it feels as if something is missing. And this feeling of something missing, of searching for something—it’s precisely about the fact that your vision is opening up through your heart. And this is important: if you listen to the word of the higher powers—and for me, for example, a vision from the heart is the call of the higher powers—and if you follow it, completely different doors will open for you. Your life will take a 180-degree turn, because your potential is also quite vast, and, in principle, there’s nothing you could set out to do that you wouldn’t be able to accomplish. All paths are open to you; you just don’t always see it. I’d like to wish you to see more positives than negatives.

Ariel question: Your work during the session was largely focused on sensations as such, not in the same vein as others’—it seems to me that you’re are more focused here on finding yourself through practice, and this process of growth is undoubtedly already underway for you. But, just like with Natalia, I can say that you also take something on for yourself while working with others, though to a lesser extent—though, admittedly, this has been going on for a long time, and your energy field is already saturated with these moments. It’s as if your life isn’t marked by a moment of inspiration and blossoming, but rather by a sense of movement—though with a hint of stagnation—not obvious, but palpable on an energetic level. And during the session, we worked with you energetically primarily to clear your space, to give you a boost. In any case, there will be some kind of result—just listen to yourself and trust your inner feelings. You have accumulated a wealth of life experience from the past, and if you trust yourself, this will definitely lead to positive changes and greater fulfillment. Good luck to you, and trust yourself.

To Zinaida question: The energy work was also focused largely on cleansing your energy field. It seems like everything in your life is going pretty well, but there’s something that doesn’t quite sit right on an intuitive level. I didn’t have the opportunity to work with each of you in enough detail to say anything more specific—but here are my impressions from the session: the energy work was largely focused on clearing out what had accumulated—things that perhaps hadn’t been fully processed. It goes without saying that we’re all, are, in fact, growing—our lives are a continuous process of improvement; although we seem unique from the start, there’s nevertheless no limit to perfection. You sometimes have a tendency—it’s less pronounced in some people, but it’s present in you—where not all the lessons from life and experience are processed productively: it seems like you understand something, and then after some time you realize that you’ve somehow missed something else. That’s why we focused our energy primarily on these very moments—the repressed ones, as I call them: repressed moments, repressed situations. Usually, when such moments are worked through, a person then enters a period of transformation. So, speaking specifically about you—be prepared for the possibility that some seemingly unstable situations, some upheavals, or unexpected moments may arise in your life. Take this in stride, as something necessary, — because it’s necessary to redirect that energy so it begins to work for you, rather than remaining a dead weight.

Elena B. question: Things are generally going well for you. Your energy has largely harmonized—though either just before or at the moment, there was perhaps some slight emotional instability. But there are no truly critical issues in your energy field — there are ordinary patterns, but who doesn’t have them, strictly speaking? We all live with them; that’s why we’re working on this. But sometimes these ordinary patterns get in the way of living, of self-realization, and of building relationships. Perhaps more than anyone else in this chat, it’s important for you to understand: the power of the energy you accumulated in your past life is so potent that any thought you form, any feeling that arises, is capable of literally “blowing up” your personal space. Maybe it’s not obvious on the surface, but I think you’ve noticed moments like that. And perhaps it’s worth considering: if someone were to hurt you, you’ve probably noticed that life, so to speak—in quotation marks—“punishes” that person. This has to do with your energy—not because you’re a bad person; no, that’s not what this is about. This is a characteristic of the accumulated experience from past lives, in which certain practices—magical, physical, or healing—were quite prominent. And that’s why this power, which may not have been fully realized in this life, manifests itself in precisely this way. The energy was working primarily toward harmonization and understanding: when we are at peace within, we understand what we want from life or where we are headed. That is why this stability was extremely important for you at that moment—so that you could hear yourself, follow the voice of your soul, and fully realize your potential. I hope that this moment of self-acceptance—of embracing your strength and channeling it into a creative direction—will come for you as soon as possible.

Galina Klimova question: In principle, you don’t have any major issues with your energy. Sometimes it’s much worse, sometimes better—we’re not making comparisons right now; we’re saying that specifically in your situation, there are some accumulated negative aspects, small destructive patterns, — which might mean nothing to someone else, but are significant specifically for you, because in your past life, the accumulated potential was mostly creative, whereas in this life you haven’t realized it—let’s say, you haven’t unleashed it. And that’s why any moment, any little thing that would be forgivable for someone else, tends to backfire on you. The energy flows have worked with you primarily to unlock your potential and purify your life space, so that you can connect with people and leave your mark. Of course, you also need to work through some negativity, but for you, let’s say, it serves as an additional stimulus—so that you don’t forget to work on yourself and ultimately fulfill your higher purpose: to help people—and there are many ways to help; there are many ways to bring light. That’s how I sensed you.

Evgeniya (question): I don’t see any major issues on the energetic level. Your energy is generally good—explosive, you know, like a rainbow—like cheerful bubbles popping: not because there are bubbles there, but because the energy is quite joyful. You seem to be a joyful person by nature, impulsive, capable of finding joy quickly, but just as quick to become upset—your moods fluctuate. Overall, it was pleasant to connect with your energy, and the work focused largely on stabilizing your emotional state. For some, this might not be significant, but for you it was important—harmonization, working through certain moments from the past, karmic issues, to set a good foundation for the future. Ahead lie new opportunities, a fairly large-scale endeavor, and awareness—that’s the impulse that was transmitted through the energies during the session. I sincerely hope it helps you.

Irina (question: “After stress—on sick leave, what is this? No protection?”): No, that’s not it; it’s not about protection. Look—our life is, after all, the joy of interacting with every moment: and stress is also a kind of joy, or pain, but in each of these states there is its own happiness, its own understanding, its own joy. That’s why “protecting yourself from this”—it’s trendy to say that you need to protect yourself from negativity and everything else—but the best protection is transparency, openness to everything, when you realize that someone else’s negativity won’t affect you. Actually, what’s the point of protecting yourself? But right now, we’re probably not talking about these higher aspects, but about the specific life situation you wrote about—“after stress, on sick leave” . I’d say that for you, this is the beginning of a new phase in life—becoming aware of yourself in this moment. I have a strong feeling that at certain moments you’re not following the path you’re meant to be on—perhaps in some ways you’re stifling your own voice, and in others you’re not allowing yourself to express who you are or speak your mind. That’s the crux of the matter. You can certainly put up defenses, but it’s important right now to analyze your life: what you’d like to improve, what new directions to explore, where you can fulfill your potential—focus not on the past right now, but look ahead so that you can lay the foundation for future changes in the present moment. I’m not sure how clearly I’ve explained what I’m feeling. Just take a moment right now to reflect on your life: in which areas are you happy, and in which can’t you say you’re fully happy? Examine these areas and set your sights on something else—something creative, something that would serve as an inner goal you’re striving toward anyway.
