To receive the attunement:
- Position yourself in front of the screen, either sitting or lying down, ensuring that the symbol (or the first page of the manual) remains visible.
- Proceed with the attunement as usual, for example, by saying:

The attunement typically lasts between 10 to 25 minutes. It is best to receive it in the evening, between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Receiving attunements at night or in the morning is not recommended.

The attunement is carried out remotely — either via Chi Ball, or as a live remote session, with or without camera, depending on the client’s preference.
To support a deeper energetic connection with each student, it would be greatly appreciated if the client could provide their full name and surname, and at least one of the following: a recent photo, date of birth, or current location.
Of course, nothing is obligatory — each student decides what information they feel comfortable providing.
