Important Information Regarding Your Order
Please Read Before Placing Your Order
Upon placing your order, I will typically respond within 1-3 business days.
During busy periods or vacation, please allow up to 10 full business days for me to get back to you. This also applies to any email communication. If you have not heard from me after 10 business days, please feel free to send me a reminder.
Please note that “business days” refer to Monday through Friday.
If you have ordered multiple items, I may choose to spread the sessions or attunements over several days.
Course materials and video will be sent to you at the time of the attunements.
REIKI ATTUNEMENTS
Attunements are prepared in advance so that you can receive them at your convenience. Attunemnts will be provided via Chi Ball.

All New Age 21 st energies (Cosmic, Sirius, Cosmoenergetics, Synergoetics) – via Camera and life attunemnt with pre-booked appointment (via Telegram, Facebook, skype etc).
Account ID
Your order email serves as your account ID. Therefore, please use the same email for future orders to add products to the same account. If you wish to use a different email for any order, please inform me in a separate email and let me know which account/email you want the order linked to. Otherwise, placing an order with a different email will result in the creation of a new account with that email as your login.
Important Notice for Students Using the mail.ru Email Provider: Unfortunately, we cannot send files to you as your provider does not accept our emails with file attachments. Please use another email provider (such as Gmail) for correspondence and for requesting certificates.
Ordering on Behalf of Someone Else
You have the option to order attunements and sessions for someone else. If the items are not for yourself, please indicate the recipient’s name in the “comments” field during checkout. Alternatively, you can send us an email at [email protected]
Name on certificate
If no additional information is provided, I will assume that the attunements and sessions are for the person placing the order.
If you are ordering on behalf of someone else and the service is performed for you (due to omission of additional information), you will need to place an additional order for that person.
Certificates
The name used to create certificates (delivered in PDF format) will be taken from either the “Customer Name” or the “Shipping Address” provided with the order.
If you would like a different name or spelling on the certificate, please include it in the message.
Secure Payments Through Stripe
All payments are made through Stripe, the industry leader in online payments. To ensure full security you will be redirected to their platform where you will pay, and will be redirected to your account page when the transaction completes. You will also receive an email with your unique link to access the paid version of the platform.
The purchase is made through Stripe’s site, Reikiquantum-Academy never comes in contact with your card details. When you are finished you will be redirected to the paid version of the site and will receive a payment confirmation via email.
